WORKSHOPS AND COURSES 

The focus on of this course is dedicated to post-rehabilitative concepts for movement professionals. The content seeks to bridge the gap between physical therapy and normal strengthening settings. Rather than provide movement professionals with a set of exercises, Inside-Out Training aims to help trainers understand a "matrix" of concepts to create their own programs. Students should have an advanced fitness certification prior to taking the course. This course is 20 hours in length or the introduction to the course is 4 hours in length.

  Running Biomechanical Analysis with Video

  • The focus on of this workshop is to help the movement professional analyze and program for a client based on the way a client runs. We will consider what muscuilar imbalances and how to correct this from a MOVEMENT prospective. 

 Gait Analysis with Video

 

  • The focus of this workshop is to help the movement professional analyze a client's GAIT pattern and then how to program from a MOVEMENT perspective for this client.

 

 

 

 Golfing Biomechanical Analysis 

  • The focus of this workshop is to help the movement professional analyze golf biomechanics. We are not going to try and teach a correct swing but rather look at the inefficienies during a swing and and consider how to program for individuals from a MOVEMENT perspective based on this.

Functional Training With Bands/Light Weighted Balls

  • The focus of this workshop is to teach clients how to use bands and small weighted balls to funcationally move. 

Functional Training with the Ball

  • The focus of this workshop is to teach clients how to use the larger exercise balls (45 cm, 55 cm, 65 cm) to functionally move.

Re:Thinking Reformer Level 1

  • The focus of this workshop is to teach clients how to use the reformer outside of traditional pilates exercises. While these exercises are EXTREMELY beneficial they are only the beginning. This workshop considers brand new innovative exercises created by Tim Fleisher to get the most out of the reformer.

Re:Thinking Reformer Level 2

  • The first workshop has gone so well that I decided to create another one based on same premise with brand new exercises! The focus of this workshop is to teach clients how to use the reformer outside of traditional pilates exercises. This workshop considers brand new innovative exercises created by Tim Fleisher to get the most out of the reformer. To take this workshop you must have complete Re:Thinking Reformer Level 1
